About us

Pastirska kuća was born out of a love for home cooking and a wish to preserve the flavors of childhood — with a little more care, a little more style.

It all starts in Borik, in the heart of Banja Luka, where we combined traditional recipes with a modern approach to service and atmosphere. From ćevapi and pljeskavica to lamb under the bell — every dish is prepared by the same principles we learned from our grandparents.

Today Pastirska kuća has three faces: Borik for a fine-dining experience, Laus for a quick and accessible everyday lunch, and Kanjon for those who want to combine adventure on the Vrbas river with a meal in an ethno setting. Different spaces, the same dedication to quality.
